How Can severe Abdominal Pain Be Treated?
a dear friend has significant abdominal pain...her doctor was fairly sure it was gall stones...an ultra sound was accomplished.....nothing showed up......what else could cause pain significant that when the doctor pressed on her abdomen.....she just about came off the table?????

Some more history will be required for it. Whther pain is colicky in nature? Patient is a male or female. Wether he/she is a alcoholic? Patient can take Drotin-M (Drotaverine and Mafenic acid combination) twice a day. There should be active search for etiology or diagnosis through relevant and investigation. Possible Renal Colic? Acute panceatitis? etc
